Public Policy Planning and Consulting Co. (SEISAKU-KOUBOU) is a company that offers consulting services and policy planning supports, specialized in the public policy area.

Chairman: TAKAHASHI Yoichi ――
entered the Ministry of Finance in 1980, and held the chief of Asset-Liability Management Office, Financial Bureau, and Counselor to the Cabinet Office. He played an active role under the Koizumi and Abe administration, often called as “Control Tower of Reforms.” In 2007 he made public the “buried deposits” (maizo-kin) that the Ministry of Finance had concealed, and received Yamamoto Shichihei prize in 2008. Currently he is the Professor of Kaetsu University.

President: HARA Eiji ――
entered the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (then) in 1989, and held positions in Crisis Management Office in the Cabinet, Special Advisor to the Minister of State for Administrative Reform, Civil Service Reform Office, and resigned in 2009. Currently he is the Special Advisor to the Personnel Committee of Osaka Prefectural Government, and Visiting Associate Professor of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies.
